Well if you want the big jacked Ronnie from Jersey Shore look then pay attention. Many people want to have a body like his that the chicks like a lot, but don’t know how to go about it.
Well Ronnie doesn’t advertise his exact workouts and just pushes his nutritional supplements but I have talked to many people about getting his look, even for us average dudes. Here’s a video that shows how to pack on muscles, which some insiders say is just like the Ronnie Jersey Shore Workout.
Seriously, there are a lot of dudes out there that are just juice heads that workout all day, but girls definitely don’t think that’s hot. If that’s the look you are looking for then the Ronnie Jersey Shore Workout is NOT for you.
Really I can’t sum up Ronnie’s whole workout and diet in this short post ( just watch the video) but I can give you this quick tips that will get you a good idea of what it’s about.
- Use Multi Joint Exercises - Don’t waste your time doing just bicep curls all day. Incorporate exercises that recruit your whole body. Compound exercises will stimulate your testosterone which in turn activated more muscle fibers to grow!
- Do Super Sets – Again, don’t be like the other dudes at the gym where you do one set of 6 reps and sit around for 3-4 minutes. Hit your biceps one set and then immediately jump into your tris. Not only does this help speed up your time in the gym, but it builds the intensity of your workouts and helps you reduce the amount of time needed for “cardio”.
- Cut Your Rest Times and Boost Your Intensity – As I stated above, give it your all, don’t just sit around. When you are doing your bi’s, your tris are resting. So when you take your 30sec-1min rest between sets you are boosting your intensity.
- Get Your Diet Right – Eat enough protein, eat 5-7 meals a day, eat before and after your workouts.
