These should be made up of lean beef, steak, chicken breast, tuna, protein shakes, wheat bread, brown rice, cottage cheese, olive oil and lentils. Its as simple as that. Eat 6-8 meals a day. Each consisting of those foods and you will gain solid muscle mass.

Slabs of skinless chicken breasts and massive cuts of steak contain the all important nutrient called protein which is critical when your goal is to gain weight and add muscle to your physique.
